Or meet you at the gangway and take you anywhere in central Italy. Allow up to 2 hours for port-related transfers. (As of this time, there is no cruise terminal in Civitavecchia, only tents and temporary sheds where cruise personnel wait for you to check-in.)

There are two ways to get to the areas south of Rome from outside of Italy. You can fly into Naples. Or to Rome first, which is the most common method.
We can meet you at either airport and transfer you to your hotel in Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Ravello and any other location on the Amalfi Coast south to Salerno and Paestum. For Capri, we can take you from any airport including either Rome airport, to the ferry dock in Naples or Sorrento for the hydrofoil or ferry ride to Capri. Our driver will assist you with your tickets. No charge for baggage. |

DAY TRIPS / OVERNIGHT STAYS FROM ROME If you would like to see some famous sites near Rome we can advise and handle the details for you. Some of our day trips include: Naples and the ruins of Pompeii and Herculaneum; Castle Gandolfo, the Pope’s summer retreat; Villa d’Este and Hadrian's Villa (PHOTO ABOVE) in Tivoli; Cerveteri, an ancient Etruscan site; Ostia Antica, called Rome's "beautiful Pompeii." Other longer but highly recommended trips include Amalfi Coast destinations such as Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi; the island of Capri; an Amalfi or Tuscan spa; an Italian winery; Florence. These can be conducted in one day, however, it might be more enjoyable for you if you have a one or two night stay in these areas. We can make overnight arrangements for you.
